Why did you decide to take this course?

"A very interesting module that I don't see much of in my job today is the design function, a point that allows us to take ownership of the design elements implemented in all the departments.
I think it's important to understand how solutions are designed to take customer needs into account. This can help at Docaposte, even though we have specialized UX/UI teams, to understand their expectations when we go to work with them, and to make sure that customer needs are well taken care of."
"Leadership is very important: knowing how to talk to your Comex, your management, understanding what they expect from the IT department, it's essential not to have this posture centered on the technical side but to understand that the IT department can be a lever for the company. It's a way of addressing your teams, enabling you to pass on your vision to your teams, we see in the training how to translate the strategy defined by management into the teams."
