Why take
this class?

Being a CIO today is no longer just about managing IT.
The interconnected economic environment has changed what companies expect from their CIOs.
The CIO must now be a leader who knows how to align the Information System with the company's strategy.
To do this, she has a transverse action on her company and must know how to communicate effectively with her Directors, the company's various departments and her teams.

Her challenges are to:

Support digital innovation while managing its historical IS on a day-to-day basis

Explain the potential of digital technology and identify needs

Define a roadmap and manage the project portfolio

Coordinate internal and external contractors

Identify and manage associated risks, and manage day-to-day digital services in line with expected service levels.

CentraleSupélec Exed, in partnership with Infortive Transition, is offering the first training course in France specifically for digital decision-makers (CIOs/CTOs), based on best practices and feedback from operational and highly experienced CIOs.

Pierre Fauquenot

Infortive's Interim CIOs have replaced CIOs in many companies of all sizes. We have identified a real need for CIOs to acquire the right leadership and skills for the role. This course gives you the opportunity to learn from highly experienced CIOs (teachers) and to stay in touch with them after the course. The exchanges are concrete and rich in anecdotes from these Information Systems "firefighters".

The CIO leadership module is a real electroshock! It's what enables us to lift our heads from the handlebars, to realize that the CIO is a key player in the organization. And if we remain confined to our lines of code, it won't work, we won't be able to operate with the Business Units as we should.

Olivier Musseau, CIO at GCSMS ISI

The program is very comprehensive, with a very dense range of subjects, and for each topic the speakers share their experiences and the solutions they have found, which is very enriching.

Julie Dura, Pre-Sales Manager at Akeneo

I feel I've made progress in my relationship with General Management, so that I'm better able to send them messages that are more concise, much less technical, and more focused on the contribution of IS value to their various businesses.

Didier Douchet, CIO of La Monnaie de Paris

What I took away from the leadership part was how to align IT strategy with corporate strategy, and this is a very important point. You can't think that the IT department is only concerned with servers and PCs.

Cédric Mouandjo, Transition CIO

Today, there's no such thing as a CIO training course. You can become a CIO, but there's no such thing as a CIO diploma, so we take a number of extremely important concepts and condense them into a directly applicable training course.

Charbel Kalayli, Director of Organization and IS at IÉSEG

I don't know of any other training program like this!
We're working with some very high-level CIOs who I'd probably never have had the opportunity to meet under normal circumstances.

Christophe Lenoir, Transition CIO

The leadership module was a revelation for me, a real creation of value. I already had a whole range of skills, but thanks to this training I'll be able to sublimate them and take them to a whole new level.

Frédéric Bor, CIO, Rocca Group

This training course gives you a 360° overview of the CIO's job, giving you the benefit of all the experience of great CIOs with 20 to 30 years in the business.

Julien Rousseau, Deputy CIO at Docaposte

What I like are the interactions with the speakers, the role plays, the case studies. They help you to get to grips with the subjects, to see what reflexes you have, which ones are appropriate and which ones are not, a self-assessment in short.

Xavier Guillet, Transition Manager

Interacting with highly experienced CIOs has enabled me to find solutions.
You meet CIOs in the field, who share real RETEX with you, and it's a unique opportunity to expand your network.

Rami Nabid, Deputy CIO at ANAH

I already don't feel quite the same between the beginning and the end of this training course, I've got maps and references that will enable me to be more relevant and proactive. And above all, I feel justified in taking charge of certain actions, because I know that this is the role of the CIO.

Thomas Kerbiriou, Deputy CIO
, Audencia Business School
