Data collection - Use of cookies - Consent

In order to access Infortive Transition's resources and services, users are required to enter personal data such as their e-mail address, name, address and telephone number. Similarly, when a registered user connects to the Site, his or her IP address is recorded.

Use of the site and/or completion of the forms for access to Infortive Transition resources by the user implies express and unreserved consent to the processing of their personal data under the conditions set out herein, with users having the right to withdraw their consent at a later date.

Data processing purposes

The data collected by Infortive Transition when using the site and accessing resources is processed in order to provide access to the resources published on the site, to identify users, to improve services, and to distribute editorial content and commercial prospecting operations.

Data circulation

Infortive Transition only uses the data collected from its users for its own purposes.

Google Adwords: Allows Infortive Transition ads to be displayed on third-party sites consulted by visitors following a visit to the Infortive Transition site (https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/).

Zoho: Automate marketing actions, manage content publication and publish forms (https://www.zoho.com/gdpr.html=).

Shelf life

When visitors explicitly provide their contact details to download a resource or request to be contacted, Infortive Transition collects personal data. Personal data collected by Infortive Transition in connection with access to its resources is kept for a maximum period of 36 months from the date of collection, in order to keep users informed of the development of our services and the availability of new content.

Cookies installed when browsing the site expire automatically after a period of 12 months without having consulted the site.

Security of collected data

Infortive Transition undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the data collected, and to implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures to preserve their security and integrity, in particular against accidental loss, alteration, distribution or unauthorized access.

Generally speaking, Infortive Transition undertakes to use the data collected in strict compliance with current legislation, and in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, known as the RGPD.

To this end, Infortive Transition undertakes to:

  • Do not use the data for purposes other than those specified herein;
  • Not to divulge data to third parties, whether private or public, physical or moral, apart from the technical service providers mentioned above;

Inform users of any security breach or vulnerability that has a direct or indirect impact on data and/or could lead to accidental disclosure or unauthorized access to data.

User rights

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, users have an individual right to access, rectify, delete, limit, oppose and port data concerning them.
