France Transition brings together the major players in Transition Management. Members are committed to strict compliance with a charter of ethics and deontology. Initially optional, this charter has become compulsory for all member interim management firms, and now constitutes a benchmark for the profession.
Joining France Transition makes sense
Sinceits creation, Infortive has been a member of France Transition, contributing to the professionalization of the profession. Created by experienced managers familiar with the problems faced by large companies, Infortive immediately realized that the provision of Transition Managers must also be based on standardized practices.
Label renewal for Infortive and its IT Transition Managers
On May 5, 2021, Infortive Transition was awarded the France Transition label following an audit by BUREAU VERITAS. This certification was confirmed by renewal audits in February 2022 and March 2023.
What does certification mean for an interim management firm?
The practices of member Interim Management firms are certified each year by BUREAU VERITAS.
The purpose of the approach is twofold:
- Respect clear, legible commitments to interim management clients, contractors and candidates
- Find in the expression of the standards a management framework based on service quality, a source of continuous improvement.
What's at stake for Infortive when it applies for the Transition Management label?
A major commitment for Infortive
Infortive's founders, who came from positions in General Management, Sales Management, CFO and CIO, were therefore fully aware of the benefits of a business-specific reference framework and its translation into processes. Although this label is not strictly speaking a "Quality" certification, the virtue of the Deming road (plan-do-check-act) is no less obvious.
