A course that particularly impressed you? 

"During the last block of courses, one module particularly stood out for me: design thinking. The approach of this course is very interesting and is based on numerous collaborative activities. It enabled me, my classmates and the teacher to think about how to innovate while making the most of what already exists, the "legacy".
Among the other outstanding modules, the one on communication within the IT department was a real revelation for me. It's a subject we don't talk about enough, even though it's essential to communicate IT projects and initiatives more effectively with other departments. This course has really changed my way of thinking about communication and my management in general."

What did you retain from the leadership block?

"Concerning the leadership part, what I remember is that you always have to readapt, be a force of proposal, not limit yourself to executing, but also bring a vision, especially to align IT with the business. It's all about being a force for proposal to management and embodying that vision."

What do you consider to be the strengths of the course?

"I would say that what also impressed me was the quality of the speakers. The fact that they are mainly speakers who are themselves CIOs, or have been, brings real value. They're professionals who talk about their practical experience, not just theorists."

Who would you recommend the course to?

"I recommend this course to all CIOs, because I don't think there are any other courses of this type in France. It's useful both for those aspiring to become CIOs, and for existing CIOs. It provides new knowledge and validates prior learning."

How will training change your professional practice?

"This training will considerably improve my approach. It has given me new knowledge and validated what I've learned, which will make me more confident in what I do and what I bring to the IT department. I've got lots of ideas and elements in my head that I'll be able to put into practice in my next assignments."
