Thomas Germain
Interim CIO
An agricultural engineer (INA PG) with a specialization in IT, I started out as a consultant before managing information systems for over 30 years.
Today, as an interim manager, I support companies at key moments: transformation, mergers, IS outsourcing or IT crisis management.
I steer the governance and strategy of information systems, with particular attention to managing teams - both internal and external - in international and multicultural environments.
Working closely with the Sectors, I have led projects to digitalize Finance, HR and operational processes, notably in the Construction and Continuous Flow Industries.
I've deployed solutions in a variety of technical contexts: cloud, digital mockup (BIM), industrial management tools... always at the service of operational performance.
These experiences have now led me to focus on interim management, with one conviction in mind: to make the IT department a lever for value creation, at the heart of corporate strategy.
