For the past 25 years, I have been working for international groups and French ETIs, at the heart of IS transformation for companies in the insurance (AXA), provident (Relyens), mutual health (LMG), assistance (Europ Assistance) and brokerage (Vilavi) sectors, as well as senior residences and services (Domitys - Groupe AG2R La Mondiale).

My career has involved implementing information systems transformations in four areas: business (digitization and automation of processes, ERP migration), technical (data center modernization, cloud migration, hybrid cloud), organizational (IT department restructuring, implementation of IT best practices) and cybersecurity (warding off the threat, blocking the attack, safeguarding critical assets).

A graduate of the Ecole Centrale d'Electronique de Paris and certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner, I began my career as an IS architect, then builder and manager of a Center of Excellence before taking on the responsibility of Information Systems Director in 2013.

Among my most notable achievements are the creation of an IT Center of Excellence (PeopleSoft ERP), the digitization of car assistance processes (smartphone App and Virtual Assistant), and the tightening of cyber-defense protections.

My experience enables me to quickly grasp companies' challenges and implement action plans to deliver the IT transformation needed for business development.
