My career has been marked by strategic interventions, ranging from mergers and outsourcing of information systems to IT crisis management and digital transformation in diverse sectors such as aeronautics, automotive, healthcare, real estate and chemicals. I have also managed multicultural teams and led strategic reorganization projects on an international scale.

A graduate of ESME Sudria with an Executive MBA from HEC, I began my career in sales and general management before specializing in Transition Management.

My experience in the USA enabled me to observe the impact of technology on business models, and since then I've been placing technology at the heart of organizational transformations, whether to restructure CIOs or lead digital transformation initiatives.

My notable achievements include reorganizing the IT departments of major international groups (CBRE, Inventiva, Archroma), implementing global CRMs (Salesforce, Veeva) and writing white papers on digital transformation.
