A computer scientist by passion since the age of 10, and an engineer in the field since 1990, I voluntarily gave up the technical side in 1998 to devote myself entirely to customer service (internal and external) and team management.

My career path has been marked by long periods in international groups, during which I was able to seek out the most efficient ways of bringing about lasting change, and by assignments in structures of widely varying sizes and objectives, which enabled me to refine my adaptability to contexts and the relevance of my interventions in terms of both impact and profitability. In this way, I've come to know players in the arms, energy, industry, retail and ESN sectors.

These experiences enabled me to manage teams from a wide range of cultures and sizes, as well as international service and outsourcing contracts.

A graduate of the Institut d'Informatique d'Entreprise (IIE) and holder of an IAE (Ottawa), I began my career exploring the various professions in the digital sector. This exploration has enabled me to consolidate a 360° vision of all the digital and organizational practices on the market. The digital transformations I accompany are always geared to meeting the challenges of the companies I serve, while being designed, led and measured as close as possible to the teams. In fact, I have my own definition of the subject: "transforming business processes through innovation", with the digital aspect being adjusted only at the end of the chain and if necessary.

Some of my most notable achievements include taking over, reorganizing and restarting teams in the Business Units of major groups and ETIs, carrying out ERP and CRM migrations on schedule and in coordination with the Business Units, while striving to stay at the cutting edge of innovation, implementing data management and efficient data exploitation policies, as well as numerous experiences in aligning IS strategies with the challenges of management committees (Schémas Directeurs).My expertise enables me to bring the necessary creativity to the Business Units, in parallel with the productivity expected of the company's digital management. I thrive on being the link between senior management and IT, in the service of business and competitiveness.
