Transition CIO | Expert in IT Transformation and Cybersecurity

For more than 25 years, I've been helping companies with their IT transformations, holding positions as CIO, Program Director or IT Department Director, with a specialization in interim management since 2018. I intervene to restructure, energize and secure information systems in complex and often international contexts.

A career path at the service of strategic transformation

I've built up my expertise within international groups such as Capgemini, Europcar, AXA, Castel Afrique and DDB, where I've led high-stakes projects: digital transformation, internal cloud deployment, IT team consolidation, industrialization of IT services, cybersecurity, or even setting up offshore service centers (India, Poland, Morocco).

I've managed up to 450 employees, IT budgets of several tens of millions of euros, and strategic programs in demanding environments: merging teams, rationalizing applications (up to 600 of them), and completely overhauling internal information systems.

A technological vision for performance

Convinced that technology is a lever for competitiveness, I place innovation at the heart of organizations: AI integration (preparation of use cases ), agile governance, cloud/API architectures, securing critical systems, etc.

I also help senior management to take strategic control of IT and turn it into a fully-fledged business partner.

A recognized commitment to the digital ecosystem

A graduate of École Polytechnique, Telecom Paris and ESSEC, I am also certified in Cybersecurity by CentraleSupélec. I act as an advisor for a cybersecurity startup investment fund, and chair the X-Informatique association, as well as taking an active part in the Institut G9+ think tank.
