Interim CIO
Organization and IS transformation - banking and insurance
My added value lies in my ability to support CIOs faced with large-scale transformations, both in terms of their organization and their company's information system
.
I have on several occasions supported CIOs in reorganization phases (Société Générale,
Natixis, SCOR, Klesia), and managed major transformation programs (up to €200 million
investment) more particularly in the financial sector (banking and insurance).
After 10 years in consulting (Eurogroup) and 15 years in operational functions
in banking (Société Générale, Natixis, Orange Bank) and insurance (SCOR), I decided in
2018 to develop a consulting and interim management offer, with several
key interventions: the development of a digital roadmap (Milleis), the implementation of a data
management (Swiss Life), the definition of the IS strategic plan (Willis Towers Watson, Dexia), The
direction of the customer relations program (MACIF), the direction of studies within the IS department (Klesia),
missions to support the due diligence phases on the implementation of the TSA (Transition Service
Agreement).
I have also taught project management and organizational management in Master 2 at
Université Paris Dauphine, I have been involved with the OCBF (association of small and medium-sized banks in France) on the theme of Sustainable Finance (chairing the climate committee, training
European taxonomy), and I am involved in several associations around CSR themes.
In my view, the Information System is an instrument for creating value, not a cost center
, and I'm keen to put technology at the service of uses and a sustainable transformation of
organizations.
