With 38 years' professional experience, I spent 10 years working internationally for groups and SMEs.
The common thread running through my career is IT in the transformation of business models. I have created and managed in-house IT Departments ranging from 25 to several thousand employees, or Business Units providing outsourcing, consulting or hardware and software support services with revenues ranging from €50 to €500 million.
What all these missions have in common is that I am transforming the company's operating modes in depth by simplifying processes, developing/deploying the tools that support digitalization, and redefining the roles, responsibilities and skills of employees. My aim is to increase agility and unleash the creative force of teams by eliminating repetitive and/or unnecessary tasks, in order to gain sustainable competitiveness and growth.
