Didier FLEURY has over 30 years' professional experience, much of it in the IT sector.

An independent consultant since 1993, he founded his own IT company in 1996. In 2001, he successfully sold his company to the Cegedim Group, becoming CIO in 2004, playing an active role in the Group's global transformation following the acquisition of its American competitor.

Since 2009, he has been helping managers and companies in all sectors to transform or develop their businesses. Above all a leader, he is particularly sensitive to and motivated by change management operations in all areas of the company.
