As Director of Organization and Information Systems, my ambition is to support transformation by harnessing technology to drive innovation, agility and continuous improvement.

Close to the field, I am committed to working closely with the business units to combine Business and IT to create value and develop performance.

Being in contact with my teams is what drives me every day, because I'm convinced of the value of teamwork.

As a woman who chose to go into IT, it's important for me to share my experience in attracting female talent to the digital professions. It's an approach that's particularly close to my heart, and one that responds to a real social challenge. In a context of talent crisis, it's urgent to react, and that's why I've committed myself to the Femmes@Numérique initiative launched by CIGREF, taking over the presidency of the association in January 2022.
